Amplification Reagents
These reagents are formulated for use in reverse transcription, PCR, and real-time PCR, to help achieve success with minimal optimization in nucleic acid amplification applications. The reverse transcription products facilitate amplification of RNA with minimal reaction set-up, while supermixes reduce optimization time in real-time PCR and are qualified for use on a variety of real-time thermal cycler platforms. All PCR reagents perform with a range of input RNA, cDNA, genomic DNA, and plasmid DNA samples.
