Biological Pathway Editor Software
SRS Pathway Editor software allows researchers to produce, visualize, compare and merge biological pathway and other relationship data using a proprietary algorithm. The software utilizes SRS Web Service technology to pull data from many different data sources and visualize the relationships between the different data points. This can include data from public domain sources, proprietary data, and text mining results extracted from literature. Providing a standardized view across diverse data, the user can then modify or curate the data as well as overlay additional information onto the pathway. Linking relevant information together and visualizing the relationship networks helps researchers understand the interdependencies and allows them to make informed decisions. The software can also be used as a standalone desktop tool, loading data from many different data sources outside SRS.
