Cancer Antibody Array
Spendlove Research Foundation has refined a miniaturized antibody array system capable of simultaneously quantifying up to 24 different cancer markers within a single well of a microtiter plate using 3-microliters of sample per well. All cancer markers in use are quantifiable within physiologically relevant ranges in human serum. The system uses a 96-well plate format that allows up to 88 different samples to be assayed per plate. The remaining eight wells are used for controls and standard curve generation.
