RNA Amplification, Labeling
Ovation Biotin RNA Amplification and Labeling System is offered for use on Affymetrix GeneChip arrays. It is validated for reproducibility, fidelity, and sensitivity with GeneChip arrays, using only 5ng of total RNA. The Ovation Aminoallyl RNA Amplification and Labeling System is provided for real-time PCR pre-amplification and microarray applications. Since amplified product is not fragmented, it can be used directly in gene expression analyses using real-time PCR or labeled with fluorescent dyes (e.g. cyanine dyes) for use on microarrays.
