RNA Amplification, Labeling
The Ovation™ Biotin RNA Amplification and Labeling System is offered for use on Affymetrix GeneChip® arrays. IT is validated for reproducibility, fidelity, and sensitivity with GeneChip arrays, using only 5ng of total RNA. The Ovation Aminoallyl RNA Amplification and Labeling System is provided for real-time PCR pre-amplification and microarray applications. Since amplified product is not fragmented, it can be used directly in gene expression analyses using real-time PCR or labeled with fluorescent dyes (e.g. cyanine dyes) for use on microarrays.
