Nanosample RNA Amplification System
The NuGEN Technologies Ovation™ Nanosample RNA Amplification System uses the proprietary Ribo-SPIA™ process for global amplification of mRNA in total RNA. It generates microgram quantities of cDNA from samples as small as 5 ng for gene expression analysis on microarrays or Q-PCR analysis with only one round of amplification. The Ribo-SPIA process is provides complete RNA amplification in less than 4 hours; offers a 3-step add and incubate method for reproducible results; and maintains representation from samples as small as 5 ng.
