NMR Spectrometer For 3-D Protein Structure Determination
The AVANCE™ ICE is a system that integrates Bruker BioSpin CryoProbe NMR technology into the AVANCE NMR spectrometer series. The integrated system is available in 500 and 600 MHz models. It is suited for the determination of three-dimensional structures of proteins and their complexes and structure-activity relationships in drug discovery.
