Quansys Biosciences Q-Plex Arrays facilitate multiplex analysis of human and mouse cytokines important for the study of diseases and immune system regulation. The sensitive, multiplexed ELISA enables simultaneous detection and quantification of up to 16 different cytokines in a single sample using only 30 μl of sample in 2.5 hours. The arrays can currently yield up to 1344 data points in a 96 well plate — each point is a miniaturized sandwich ELISA. Precise spotting of capture antibodies is quality assured via specific deposition techniques. Chemiluminescent signal is captured with a CCD imaging system and analyzed using our free software. The array will simultaneously detect: IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-3, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-9, IL-10, IL-12, IFN-γ, TNF-α, MCP-1, MIP-1α, GM-CSF, and RANTES. The Q-Plex Human Cytokine Array will simultaneously detect: IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-13, IFN-γ, TNF-α, and TNF-β. Arrays have also been developed for the quantification of cancer biomarkers, auto-reactive antibodies, Pneumococcal serotype specific antibodies, cardiac biomarkers, pituitary hormones, human immunoglobulins and mouse immunoglobulins.
