SiRNA Transfection Reagent
TransIT-TKO® HTS-96 Plates provide proprietary siRNA transfection reagent in a 96-well plate format for screening applications such as target validation. The plates come in four levels, each with a different working concentration of transfection reagent. The reagent is supplied as a dry film in each well of a sterile, clear, flat bottom, 96-well cell culture plate. A Titration Plate contains each of the four concentrations to allow for simultaneous testing as a preliminary screen, since different cell types require a specific level of transfection reagent for optimized delivery and knockdown.
