Y2H Membrane Protein System allows two-hybrid screening for proteins interacting with full-length membrane-integrated or membrane-associated proteins. The system enables detection of membrane protein binding partners and identification of their specific binding sites in vivo. Convenient screening of cDNA libraries is used to identify and characterize interaction partners of a membrane protein of interest. It includes all required plasmids, as well as the appropriate yeast strain. Several cDNA libraries for use with this kit, as well as kits for plasmid isolation, yeast transformation and the reporter gene assay, are also available.
