Lung Cancer Array and Inflammation Arrays
A Lung Cancer Array and Inflammation Array are available to be used with the Metrigenex MGX 4D Array System. The MGX 4D Lung Cancer Array contains 192 elements. Of these, 160 elements represent 80 unique lung cancer specific genes. Gene selection is based on the expression signature and fold change between normal and diseased sample groups from previously published data and public and proprietary databases. The MGX 4D Inflammation Array, series-1, contains 192 elements. Of these, 160 represent 80 oligonucleotide probes for genes associated with inflammatory response. The array contains genes for major cytokines, chemokines, interleukins and receptors, B and T lymphocyte-associated molecules, and immunomodulatory factors.
