Kinome Hunter is a homogeneous, non-radioactive platform that allows rapid assay development without the need of an associated antibody. Substrate Hunter is a panel of 45 dye labeled peptides as potential substrates for the AGC, CAMK, CMGC, CK and other atypical kinase families. The product’s manufacturer, DiscoveRx, provides an extensive kinase product offering. Currently, proprietary substrate/antibody pairs covering almost 80% of the human kinome have been configured in two different detection modes — chemiluminescence and fluorescence polarization.
