Based upon a combination of the Bravo liquid handler and the BenchCel plate handling system (both from Velocity11, Menlo Park, CA) and the CellTiter-Glo kit (Promega Corp., Madison, WI) , this workstation provides reliable and efficient cell viability analysis. Using a specified protocol, up to 65 plates can be run without user intervention.
