VSpin automated microplate centrifuge provides vibration and noise control in a small, low maintenance package. For high or medium throughput applications, the unit accommodates two standard microplates at a time. It is capable of rapid acceleration and deceleration (a customizable setting), minimizing the required cycle time. It is excellent for filtration protocols, air bubble removal in high density plates and spin-downs including cells and cellular debris. Units can be stacked. Door design allows access to the bucket by a range of articulated robots. For robots that cannot reach through the door, an Access2 plate loader allows unobstructed access.
