Screening Sets For ELISA Development
Screening Sets, for development of 5 colorimetric ELISA plates each, are currently available for human IFNγ, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and TNFα; bovine IFNγ; mouse IFNγ and MCP-1; porcine TNFα; and primate IL-1β and TNFα, with more released each month. The sets contain the basic components and protocol to develop 5 colorimetric sandwich ELISA plates to quantitate cytokine in 100 a μl/well of cell culture supernate. Each Screening Set contains coating and detection antibodies, recombinant standard (5 individual standards), streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate solution (one-step) and stop solution.
