ELISA Development Screening Sets
Human TNFα, Human IFNγ, and Mouse MCP-1 Screening Sets for ELISA development contain the basic components, including coating antibody, detection antibody, five individual recombinant standards, Streptavidin-HRP, one-step TMB substrate solution, and stop solution, and protocols required to develop five colorimetric sandwich ELISAs that quantitate specific protein in cell culture supernates. Each standard is mass calibrated for immunoassay, and all components undergo quality control testing to reduce lot-to-lot variability. Screening sets offer specificity (purified, pre-titered antibodies specific to the protein of interest) and sensitivity (pg/ml levels of protein are measured). All key components are included.
