Small GTPase Activation Kits
Small GTPase Activation Kits for detection of active or GTP-bound Cdc42, Rac1, Rap1, Ras, and Rho from cell lysates are available. The EZ-Detect Small GTPase Activation Kits utilize GST-fusion proteins immobilized on a resin to pull down active GTPases. The pulled-down, active GTPase is then detected by a Western blot using a specific antibody. These kits offer pull-down with GST-fusion proteins, and the use of specific primary antibodies in Western blot ensures accurate detection. Sensitivity is offered via excellent signal-to-noise ratio with a small amount of sample. Spin columns and collection tubes allow for efficient recovery of sample.
