Protein Desalting Columns
Protein Desalting Spin Columns are for fast desalting of protein samples with volumes of 30 to 120 μl. Proteins greater than 7,000 MW can be separated from salt and other small molecules up to approximately 800 MW. Salt removal is 95-99% for volumes up to 120 μl. Protein recovery is approximately 90%, depending on the starting concentration and load volume.
