Minimate tangential flow filtration (TFF) system concentrates samples from 1 L to 5 ml. Subsequent desalting or buffer exchange steps can be run on the same system with minimal user intervention. The device works with the disposable Minimate TFF capsule, which accelerates and simplifies scale-up applications. The compact device includes all the hardware, tubing and fittings needed for users to get their TFF process up and running quickly. Users simply plug in a capsule, add sample, and turn on the pump to start processing. A roller-head peristaltic pump allows gentle processing for critical applications such as fragile biomolecules. Built-in pressure gauge enables monitoring of feed pressure to ensure reproducible process parameters.
