Gene Expression Arrays
Currently available for moderate (eight samples per array) and high (96 samples per array) sample throughput needs, Illumina gene expression arrays allow the analysis of up to 1,500 genes per sample. Expression data show strong correlation with qPCR. The availability and interchangeability of the two expression array formats allows selecting an array most suited to individual needs.
