IgG Antibody Quantification Assay
RapidQuant IgG Antibody Quantification Assay quantifies secreted IgG antibodies, and is available for both human and mouse antibodies. The mix-and-read, bead-based protocol offers a novel approach. Undiluted hybridoma supernatant is added to RapidQuant Beads for capture, antibody detector is added, and then the assay is incubated. After incubation, add buffer and read results on a on a plate-based benchtop flow cytometer. Results are equivalent to traditional ELISAs with little to no sample preparation, dilution, or wash steps.
