Class 100 Cleanroom Cabinet Oven
No. 962, a 257 C, electrically-heated, Class 100 cleanroom cabinet oven, is used for pass-through depyrogenation of glassware. Workspace dimensions measure 24W × 36D × 27H. 10 KW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements provide heat, while a 600 CFM, ¾-HP recirculating blower delivers horizontal airflow to the workload. The oven features 4 inches insulated walls, a Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel exterior with ½ inches inside radiused corners and all interior seams are welded, ground and polished. The stainless steel exterior with #4 brushed finish has continuously welded seams. The unit has single access doors, front and rear.
