Phosphoprotein Microarray
Glass slide microarray allows precise measurement of phosphorylation of EGFR, FAK, Src, Paxillin, Akt, JNK, p38 MAPK, HSP27, ATF2 and CREB. Using a technology similar to sandwich ELISA’s, proprietary easy-to-use kits quantify 10 phosphoproteins in less than 5 hours. Kits are precise and quantitative, and are compatible with many available glass slide scanners.
