HSP27 [pS82] phosphoELISA™ is sensitive to 1,000 cells/well, demonstrated with HeLa cell lysates. Additional validated cell lines include THP-1, HT1080, Jurkat and 293 cells. The assay is validated for cell lysates and tissue homogenates and includes a detailed protocol for cell extract preparation. Peptide competition data demonstrate phosphoELISA site specificity. The assay can be completed in 3 hours and the strip-well microtiter plate format allows flexibility in sample number analyses.
