Apoptosis Signaling ELISA Kits
New phosphoELISA™ kits offered by BioSource include Akt [pT308], Akt [pS473], Bcl-2 [pS70], CREB [pS133], [pS32], JNK [pTpY183/185], p38 MAPK [pTpY180/182], STAT1 [pY701] and others. These assays quantitate phosphorylated proteins only when phosphorylated at the target phospho-site of interest, and specificity is confirmed by peptide competition. The kits are sensitive, provide results in 4 hours, do not require optimization and include all necessary reagents. A detailed protocol describes how to prepare cell lysates. Total protein ELISAs are available to normalize results.
