Plasmid Purification System
CosMCPrep™ is an SPRI™-based plasmid purification system that isolates a variety of high- and low-copy number templates. Plasmid DNA is selectively bound to paramagnetic microparticles, allowing automated, filtration-free purification. CosMCPrep isolates up to 1 μg of high-quality plasmid from as little as 800 μl of overnight cultures. A flexible protocol and ease of automation facilitate individual needs.
