Flexible Pipetting Robot
LISSY 2002 modular robotic system combines flexible liquid handling with robotic manipulation. Uncomplicated design integrates robotic and liquid handling functionality into a robotic arm, which glides on an x-rail to access the large workbench or external modules. Available with one or two arms with up to 8 dispensing tips on each arm, the system can be equipped with up to 16 dispensing tips, or 8 tips on one arm and a gripper tool on the second arm. High working speed, rapid arm movements and a new type of dosage pump make LISSY 2002 fast. The gripper can rotate up to 350-degrees. Using the gripper tool, plates can be picked up, moved and placed at a 90 or 180 degree angle.
