Colony Counter/Image Analyzer
Sorcerer video camera based colony counter/image analyzer and compact plate viewer provides fast and accurate count and size distribution data. The system is fully compliant with the FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Final rule on Electronic Records & Electronic Signature. Applications include: bacteria, cell and plaque counts on opaque agars, transparent agars, membrane filters and argarose gels; antibiotic inhibition zones measurement; autoradiographic grain counting; bone morphology; chemotaxis; direct epi-fluorescent filter technique; Elispot assay; MIC assays; mouse lymphoma assay; unscheduled DNA synthesis; and viral plaque counts.
