Microscopic Technology Provides Benchtop Access To Image Sectioning
OptiGrid™ Structured Light Imaging System provides benchtop contrast, sharpness and clarity in microscopic 2D optical sectioning and 3D image reconstruction on the lab bench. The system is suited for multi-wavelength fluorescence imaging with exceptional deblurring capability. When integrated with a motorized stage control, it offers a solution for stepped 2D imaging and 3D reconstruction of texture-rich surfaces where unachievable depths-of-focus would otherwise be required. OptiGrid can be integrated with a popular range of Leica, Nikon, Olympus or Zeiss upright and inverted microscopes. The system consists of a Vertical Illuminator Grid Slider, an Amplifier Box, and an Operating Software Plug-in for ImagePro® Plus. Seamless and noninvasive installation maintains full functionality of the host microscope, including full compatibility with the entire spectrum of fluorochromes supported by that microscope.
