Pre-spotted Proteomics Chip
Prespotted AnchorChip, a second-generation disposable MALDI target for gel-based and LC-MALDI-based expression proteomics, eliminates cross-contamination from previous samples and calibration spot preparation and reduces sample preparation time. The disposable format AnchorChip comes in a 384 sample microtiter plate format with additional 96 calibrant spots, all pre-spotted with matrix. Each chip is delivered under inert gas in a container that can also be used for sample archiving after the analysis. The chip provides a polymer-based sample target for MALDI-TOF instruments with flatness comparable to steel targets.
