This kit, for double stain procedures on rat tissues, utilizes a cocktail of alkaline phosphatase (AP) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) polymer technology that increases staining sensitivity. The technology leads to a rapid 4-step double stain procedure that can be accomplished in less than two hours. This kit can be used with a cocktail of rabbit and mouse antibodies and can be used manually or with automated stainers.
