Programmable temperature-controlled slide processing system ThermoBrite automates the denaturation and hybridization steps in slide-based fluorescent in situ hybridization (F)ISH assays. The accepts a range of sample types. Although up to twelve (12) slides can be processed at one time, it does not need to be fully loaded to maintain temperature accuracy. The lid seals tightly when closed to optimize chamber humidity. A slide guide keeps slides in place and allows for easy positioning and removal. A numeric keyboard allows the user to program up to 40 temperature/time protocols. Backlit display is easy to read.
