Chiral Detector
The Chiralyser® optical rotation detector monitors optically active molecules in analytical and preparative LC. A glass coated flow cell combined with a short measuring wavelength causes high optical rotation power to chiral molecules and produces excellent signal to noise ratio. Approved Faraday compensation enables detection of optically active compounds in analytical methods and in preparative LC separations. The detector can identify enantiomeric pairs as well as elution orders.
