Tungsten Microarray Spotting Pins
ACCELERATOR™ Brand microarray spotting pin products are made of Tungsten, and offer long life due to increased hardness corrosion resistance. Collars are color-coded to denote tip and slit size, and sequentially numbered for traceability from microarray lab back to manufacturing. Conical, electropolished, tapered tips decrease substrate damage and improved spot morphology. Printheads are also offered for the new pins. The printheads are made of a non-corrosive, high-impact; polymer that reduces galling and corrosion. The new pins can fit existing arrayers in most markets.
