Automated Microfluidics System
The AMS 90 SE automates lab-on-a-chip sample introduction from 96- and 384-well plates and works with the proprietary HT DNA 5000-SE30 LabChip® Assay Kit to perform DNA sizing and quantitation analysis at the rate of thirty seconds per sample. Applications include preparing DNA fragments for microarray spotting and DNA clone library quality assessment. It offers sample-to-sample and run-to-run reproducibility. LabChip HT™ software presents DNA fragment separation data using on-screen electropherograms and gel-simulation displays, and documents DNA fragment sizing and quantitation data in direct digital format.
