HotStart-IT SYBR Green qPCR all-in-one universal master mix is compatible with standard SYBR filters. It offers multiple platform capability and includes separate tubes of ROX and fluorescein passive reference dyes to allow for normalization on various instruments. Designed for use with fluorescent probes, the mix detects fewer than 10 target copies and performs over a linear dynamic range of seven to eight orders of magnitude.
