384-Well Hybridization Plate
GenePlate®HT, a high-throughput, 384-well-format, automation-friendly mRNA isolation plate, facilitates fast, sensitive, reproducible isolation of mRNA from cell culture and tissue sources. The benefits of the RNAture 96-well GenePlate, which captures mRNA directly from cell lysates, are incorporated in a high-throughput, 384-well format. Achieving results at four times the density of the traditional format, provides four times the liquid handling efficiency with smaller sample volumes. This opens the realm of gene expression analysis to primary screeners by providing a low-cost, high-throughput, easily automatable solution. The product does not require columns, filters, magnetic beads, centrifugation, organic extractions, or special equipment, making it easy to use and automate on any liquid handler. Format simplicity minimizes sample manipulations, resulting in less variance (lower CVs) and less risk of sample contamination. Poly(A)+ selection is performed in one simple step.
