384-Well Hybridization Plate
GenePlate®HT is a high-throughput, 384-well format, automation-friendly mRNA isolation plate. The microtiter-plate-based system does not require columns, filters, magnetic beads, centrifugation, organic extractions, or special equipment. The format minimizes sample manipulations, resulting in less variance and lower risk of sample contamination. Because the plate enables poly(A)+ selection in one step, researchers can obtain a more defined sample than with total RNA, but without the added processing time of traditional poly(A)+ enrichment procedures.
