Cell-Based Screening Platform
CyBi™-Cellight modular liquid handling and detection platform provides a flexible system to address a broad range of applications in drug discovery. The system is configurable to meet requirements used in assay development, primary screening, secondary screening, and ADME/Tox applications. Three pre-configured packages are available to optimize the system for specific applications. These packages include liquid/cell handling, plate transport, on-line incubation, scheduling software, "reader of choice", and CyBi™-SIENA software. The platform's open design provides flexibility with detection modes, plate density, incubation parameters, and assay/automation scheduling.
