Genotyping Software
MasterPlax™ GT analysis software, for the Luminex™ 100 multi-analyte detection system, analyzes multiplexed genotyping data generated by the system and allows the user to compare the genotypes of multiple samples in bar charts and depth graphs. Users control stringency settings for allele designation through Relative Intensity and Mean Fluorescent Intensity. Homology searches and calculation of allele frequencies enable screening of similarities and differences in genotypes.
