PlateCrane EX cylindrical robot arm is optimized for handling labware, including microplates, reservoirs and disposable tip racks in the SBS footprint. The E Series arm features state-of-the-art controls and a rugged design. AutoTeach function automates the task of teaching the robot stack positions and the positions of all insruments in the robot’s workcell. The AutoTeach system consists of teaching plates, new gripper-mounted vision fixture, factory-installed internal hardware options in the PlateCrane EX, and a software GUI option of SoftLinx software.
