Chemiluminescence Imaging System
ChemiPro™ system for chemiluminescence imaging incorporates a back-illuminated CCD camera, ultrablack dark box, and software to provide a solution for applications that involve whole-plant or whole-animal imaging. Quantum efficiency of the cryogenically cooled detector in the green portion of the spectrum, combined with the low readout noise of the camera's low analog-to-digital converter, results in sensitivity. The system's dark box features an externally adjustable stage, interior lighting with and external on/off switch and intensity control, and a "camera-to-dark box" adapter nose, enables samples to be observed with negligible background light contamination.
