Cell Fractionation Systems

Fraction-PREP™ systems provide formulations of buffers and reagents for preparation of highly enriched cellular fractions from mammalian cells. The simple procedure provides pure fractions. Prepared protein fractions are suitable for downstream assays, such as 2-D gel, Western blot, enzyme activity assay, gel-shift assay, and reporter assays. Available kits include mitochondria/cytosol fractionation, nuclear/cytosol fractionation, and mammalian cell extraction.
