DNA, RNA Hybridization Kits
The In Situ Hybridization Kit offers a complete non-isotopic system for the localization of DNA and RNA sequences in cells and tissues. Target sequence is visualized by detection of a hybridized hapten-labeled probe followed by anti-hapten antibody. Serial amplification allows high sensitivity, retaining the high specificities inherent to antibody-hapten and biotin-streptavidin interactions. Matched detection reagents and protocols maximize signal-to-noise ratios. The kit includes all required pretitrated reagents in precision dropper bottles, for consistency and convenience. Final results can be obtained in less than a day (with oligonucleotide probes). This complete kit includes all reagents needed for in situ hybridization including the anti-biotin or anti-fluorescein antibody, biotinylated secondary antibody, enzyme-streptavidin conjugate, chromogen/substrate, counterstain, mounting medium, protein block, and all required buffers.
