FB15 Sirius single tube luminometer is offered with built-in printer and on-board software for data evaluation in stand alone mode. Flash and glow luminescence measurement provides sensitivity of 1000 molecules of firefly luciferase. The system is available with up to 2 injectors, both microprocessor controlled to provide optimal injection profile for a variety of applications. No minimum sample volume is required. The sample is loaded into a retractable side drawer. The luminometer is equipped with a sensor that initiates the measurement cycle automatically upon complete closing of the sample drawer. Another sensor detects the sample to prevent injection in empty chamber. Protocols are offered for single assay, dual assay, cut-off assay and kinetics measurements.
