CASPASE-3 Cellular Activity Assay Kit
CASPASE-3 Cellular Activity Assay Kit PLUS, from BIOMOL Research Laboratories, provides a complete system for measuring caspase-3 and caspase-3-like activity (DEVDase activity) in cellular extracts, and is supplied with both colorimetric and fluorometric substrates plus recombinant enzyme for use as a positive control. Caspase activation is an essential feature of apoptosis, and much of the caspase activity in apoptotic cells is attributable to caspase-3. This kit detects apoptosis or screens for inhibitors of cellular caspase-3 activity. BIOMOL supplies a broad range of reagents for studying apoptosis, including apoptosis detection kits, antibodies, inducers and inhibitors.
