Diagnostic Instruments offers three new camera models for 2003. The SPOT INSIGHT™ (pictured) 3-Shot Color Camera provides excellent imaging for both brightfield and bright fluorescence microscopy. With 6-megapixel sampling achieved by measuring every color at every pixel, it can more than double the resolution delivered through mosaic interpolation. For quantitative, low light applications, the new SPOT RT-SE™ monochrome camera provides 㫈 C differential cooling, 62% peak QE, less than 7 electron read noise and 12 bit-6 MHz readout. The new SPOT RT-KE™ Color Mosaic camera provides qualitative fluorescence imaging through the use of 㫆 C differential cooling, 47% peak QE and 2 megapixel resolution.
