EVOLUTE ABN sample preparation products extract a range of acidic, basic and neutral compounds from biological fluid samples. Developed for analyte quantification by LC-MS/MS, the products provide a solution to the problems of matrix effects, such as ion suppression and enhancement caused by dirty extracts. This water-wettable polymer-based sorbent features a pore structure that minimizes extraction of endogenous material from biological fluid samples. Sorbent and components do not contaminate the final sample, resulting in clean extracts, few matrix effects, and better quantification limits and analytical performance.
