Pan-A-See-Ya Panorama Imaging System allows the capture of over 270° of a sample, such as an animal, in a single image. Targets such as fluorescent tumors can be viewed from two different angles at the same time with a single camera. Targets that cannot be viewed directly can still be seen from side views. This allows the animal to remain in its natural upright posture. Additionally, the excitation lighting is comparable over the radius of the animal, allowing targets that would be in the shadow from the standard above lighting to be brightly illuminated.
