EchoTherm Model CB20 constant temperature chilling/heating mini-circulator is suited for small volume sample holders, including water-jacketed cuvettes for spectrophotometers and electrophoresis baths. The unit is Peltier based for heating and chilling, and requires no compressors or CFC's. It is lightweight, compact, and takes little bench space. Temperature range is 4.0 C to 70.0 C, and pumping range is variable from 0 to 300 ml/minute in 1% increments. Reservoir volume is 1000 ml. The circulator is supplied with a transparent reservoir cover and a 3/32 diameter by 4 long stainless steel platinum RTD probe with a 3-foot long cable. A 6-foot extension is available for reaching remote samples. Additional features include brass Swagelok fittings in the rear for 1/8 I.D. by 1/4 O.D. plastic tubing, a RS232 I/O port for computer control or data logging, and AC line cord.
